“FLUIDMECH” Gear pump type “FMSX” SS 316 external rotary gear pumps widely use in food industries, pharmaceutical industries, cosmetic industries, resin manufacturing industries, oil mills, starch industries, sugar industries to handle liquid likes, tomato catchups, sugar syrups, maple liquid, Honey, Pharmaceuticals syrups, oils, castor oils, cosmetic products, glycerine, glycols and other high viscous liquids.
Design: These are pumps are available in 10 different sizes with different flow capacity and sizes. These pumps are self-priming bi-directional positive displacement rotary gear pumps. These pumps are very compact, three-piece design makes easy maintainable, and dismantle easily by removing the dome nuts of front & back cover. There is dry running Teflon coated DU bush bearing at the shaft end. Mechanical seal & Teflon gland packing both options are available in these pumps. The mounting bracket converts the pump to foot mounting and facilitates to align the pump with electric motor of appropriate ratings on base plate at the same frame height.
Shaft Seal Arrangement: Either a soft gland packing or a mechanical seal can be used. Gland Housing is design for gland packing and mechanical seal also.
